Less Fire, Less Police, Less Street Plowing, More Bikes.
In the coming weeks Minneapolis will start cutting police, fire and street maintenance. All because they will not be getting LGA money from the state. So, cut essentials first, then add goofy stuff like this.

That's right! Amost "Yellow Bikes"! I am glad the writer, Jon Behm, did admit that the Saint Paul Yellow bike program was a disaster.
So, while the light bulbs will not be getting changed in the street lights, Minneapolis will find room for bike sharing.
With the budget crunch they are in, they might as well start an Instant Runoff Voting Program, who needs cops anyways.

Man who's great idea was this? Honestly, where to people come up with these things. I just don't understand it really, maybe its just me but, I tend to try and have as much common sense as possible.
